Từ ngày 18/06/2015 – Cty CP Cảng Đình Vũ đã đưa vào thử nghiệm thành công hệ thống định vị container theo thời gian thực (PDS-Position Detection System) trên xe nâng 40 tấn (Reach Stacker) dựa vào công nghệ định vị RTK-GPS. Phần mềm PL-TOS, phân hệ CHE (Container Handling Equipment) trên máy tính VMC (Vehicle Mounted Computer) kết nối thành công hệ thống PDS này với độ tin cậy và vị trí chính xác lên đến 85%.
Cảng CP Đình Vũ đưa vào sử dụng tính năng tích hợp PL-TOS với hệ thống định vị container trên xe nâng (Reach Stacker).
Lái xe nâng được giảm thao tác trên màn hình CHE
Để xác nhận nâng hạ ở chế độ Auto. Chương trình CHE tự động xác nhận hoàn tất nâng hạ cùng vị trí container thực tế qua kết nối với hệ thống PDS theo thời gian thực. Vị trí container thực tế sau khi nâng hạ, kể cả đảo chuyển phán xẩu được tự động xác nhận – với căn cứ chọn container đích ban đầu của lái xe nâng.
Hệ thống PDS tiếp tục được cân chỉnh
Hoàn thiện để đạt độ chính xác trên 95%. Song hành đó, bãi xếp container dành cho xe nâng được gia cố, định vị ổn định để đo đạc và khai báo thông số tọa độ vào sơ đồ. Ngoài ra, Cảng Đình Vũ tiếp tục đào tạo và kiểm soát để lái xe nâng thay đổi từ việc thao tác xác nhận nâng hạ theo vùng (Area) sang theo Bay-Row-Tier.
Hệ thống mạng Wifi tiếp tục được lắp đặt bổ sung, phủ kín và ổn định cho toàn bộ khu vực bãi xe nâng. Toàn bộ công tác chuẩn bị trên hoàn tất trong vòng 01 tháng tiếp theo để từ đầu tháng 07-2015, Cảng Đình Vũ chính thức đưa hệ thống RTK-GPS trên xe nâng tích hợp với PL-TOS vào sử dụng cho toàn bộ bãi xe nâng.
