Ngày 27/07/2015 – Tại Hải Phòng, Cty CP Giải pháp Cảng và Hậu cần và Cty CP Cảng Xanh VIP (65% vốn Viconship và 35% vốn VIPCo) ký kết hợp đồng cung cấp giải pháp trọn gói về hệ thống thông tin quản lý điều hành khai thác container; bao gồm các cấu phần:Phần mềm PL-TOS RTC, với các tính năng tổng hợp cao cấp nhất tại khu vực Hải phòng.
PLC được Công ty Cổ phần Cảng Xanh VIP (VIP Greenport) chọn là tổng thầu cung cấp hệ thống thông tin quản lý điều hành khai thác cảng container.
Nổi trội là các tính năng kết nối tích hợp tự động hóa nhận dạng
Trong đó, thu thập dữ liệu qua Camera nhận dạng số xe số container, DGPS xác định vị trí container trên RTG, 2D barcode trên chứng từ giao nhận. Hệ thống phần cứng gồm máy chủ trung tâm, thiết bị mạng, mạng Wifi outdoor phủ sóng toàn bộ cầu bãi và máy tính di động từ HP Enterpsie, Zebra (Motorola Solutions). Toàn bộ hệ thống được cung cấp và đưa vào hoạt động đồng bộ trong vòng 05 tháng, cùng ngày khánh thành giai đoạn I của Cảng VIP Greenport vào tháng 11/2015.

Cảng VIP Greenport được khởi công xây dựng vào ngày 11/11/2014 với tổng mức đầu tư 1.300 tỷ đồng; có quy mô 425 mét cầu tàu, 16Ha bãi, cổng container 10 làn và công nghệ xếp dỡ chính là QC-RTG. Dự kiến ngày 18/11/2015, Cảng VIP khánh thành giai đoạn I khai thác với 225 mét cầu, 8Ha bãi và 2 QC, 8 RTG, 2 R/S. Cảng VIP Greenport có lợi thế cửa ngõ tại Khu Công nghiệp Đình Vũ, đón được tàu 30.000 DWT và thừa hưởng kinh nghiệm điều hành, khai thác cảng từ cảng Greenport cũng như mối quan hệ lâu năm tốt đẹp với các hãng tàu lớn của Greenport và Viconship.
